Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in the Bay Area, Brian Tran graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Degree in Political Science and Communication. Alex Han

Alex Han is a San Francisco native and has lived his whole life in the city. He started his real estate career with the hope of helping everyone find their dream home in the most beautiful city in the world. Meeting with new clients from all over the world excites Alex and pushes him to become the best realtor and to provide the best customer service to everyone he meets.

Michaela To

Growing up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs, Michaela became particularly familiar with the tax benefits of a mortgage deduction at a very young age. (Translation: she wasn’t popular in school, but at least she was armed with knowledge that would prove useful decades later.) Michaela began her real estate career while attending UC Santa Cruz, where she graduated with a degree in Business Management Economics. After a four-year stint in the corporate world of digital marketing, she bought her first two investment properties at the age of 27, found her way back to real estate, and hasn’t looked back since.

With experience in marketing, technology, and various facets of real estate, Michaela’s diverse skills are leveraged to proactively engage with clients and streamline the home search for buyers and the home selling process for sellers. Michaela understands the detailed process clients undertake as part of each transaction and aims to provide a supportive experience from beginning to end. She is passionate about helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership, whether it is with an investment property, a first home, or anything in between.

As a Bay Area native, Michaela has in-depth knowledge and expertise with respect to the region’s dynamic real estate market. Outside of helping clients buy and sell homes, you can find her running the occasional half marathon, eating her way through local restaurants, and checking items off her never-ending bucket list. Building a house is next on the agenda.


Ian Achurra

Former Development/Project Manager for a Development focused Architecture firm. Ian has leveraged his experience in financial analysis and project management to make sure Seller’s are making the proper investments to make the most out of their property and give Buyer’s peace of mind that every factor in the property’s value has been accessed. 

Ian works tirelessly to ensure his clients are well taken care of. His ability to think out of the box makes Ian a strong negotiator. He strongly believes real estate is not only about how you can sell or find someone a property but making sure the process is seamless and fun.
